These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.
Ok10 is an entertainment-focused online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. This service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. If a minor creates an account by misrepresentation, ok10 reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any deposited funds. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm their age and legal eligibility before using the platform.
Account Registration, Security & Policy
Registration & Identity Verification
Registration at ok10 requires accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. ok10 may request government-issued ID, bank statements, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and associated funds may be forfeited. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the KYC verification process is completed.
Password & Account Security
Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any third party is solely the user's responsibility. Use a strong password and update it regularly. If you notice any suspicious activity or suspect unauthorized access, contact ok10's support team immediately. ok10 is not liable for losses resulting from account hacking or third-party misuse unless it is proven that the fault lay entirely with the platform itself. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ok10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraud or illegal activity, operating multiple accounts, or providing false information. Suspended accounts may be appealed by contacting our support team to resolve the matter. For legitimately closed accounts, any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus-related funds may be deducted depending on the circumstances.
Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting
Ok10 allows users to temporarily or permanently close their account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, users can set deposit limits, session limits, and betting limits. Self-exclusion requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Attempting to create a new account while a self-exclusion is active is a direct violation of these terms. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of ok10 must conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable law. Any form of fraud, hacking, manipulation, or interference with other users' activity on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in ok10's software or systems for unfair advantage is considered a serious breach of these terms. Users are responsible for their own betting activity and must place each bet based on their own judgment — betting based on third-party advice is entirely at the user's own risk. ok10 bears no responsibility for any third-party tips or advisory services.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on ok10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though technical delays may extend processing time up to 24 hours. Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) and are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval. ok10 does not charge any hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals, though payment providers may apply their own charges.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal — these conditions are clearly stated in each bonus offer. If ok10 suspects fraudulent or illegal payment activity, the account will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any legal disputes must be submitted for resolution in a competent Bangladeshi court. All disputes and claims will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated in accordance with Bangladesh's mediation and arbitration laws. ok10 is not obligated to accept claims falling under jurisdictions outside Bangladesh or governed by foreign law. Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid by a court, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
